The Rainbow Glitter Velvet Bettie Wiggle Dress is a striking cocktail dress. Cut in a luxurious, timeless black stretch velvet that sparkles with rainbow glitter. It is unbelievably hard to capture the sparkle on this fabric but we have tried our very best! The fabric has a great amount of stretch, making it surprisingly comfortable and easy to wear. The soft velvet fabric is also fully lined in a reassuringly firm stretch fabric, so this dress will put a wiggle in your walk. Featuring a twist bust that is flattering to most bust sizes, this dress really turns heads. The fit is snug through the body, designed to help create a smooth, hourglass silhouette. Wear this dress on or off the shoulder for a versatile fit.
