Returns & Refunds

Online purchases

We want you to love your purchase, and we carefully check all items before they are sent out.

You have the right to return unworn items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the condition you received them
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos so we can make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, like hosiery, earrings, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).


How to return items

Returns do not need to be pre-approved. Please return items in line with the conditions set out on this page. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender.

Please include your original packing slip and fill in the returns form on the reverse. If you do not have this, please include a note with your full name, address, order number and details on whether you would like an exchange or refund.


Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Customers outside the UK

If you are returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as Returned Goods. We cannot refund any customs charges incurred due to incorrect labelling.


In-store purchases

Items purchased in our physical shop are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases unless an item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Sale items & gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Rush exchanges

If you need an exchange in a hurry, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
