Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12pm on days we are open are usually dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched on the following working day.
  • We post orders Tuesday to Friday.
  • If there are any issues that may delay dispatch, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If your order is urgent, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to help.

Large orders may be shipped in more than one parcel.


UK Shipping

Free UK shipping on orders over £150
(Please ensure you select the free shipping option at checkout — it cannot be applied later.)

Standard UK Shipping

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • £6.95 (Free over £150)
  • Deliveries Monday–Saturday
  • Aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Highlands & Northern Ireland may take up to 3 working days

Small Orders (Under £20)

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • £3.50 flat rate

UK destinations include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

Please include a mobile number and email address at checkout to receive tracking updates and delivery options from Royal Mail.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will need to charge for re-sending.


European Orders

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked & Signed, depending on destination
  • £14.99 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch

Please note:

  • Customs delays are outside our control
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce declared values


Rest of World Orders

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked & Signed
  • £23.99 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 working days after dispatch

Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Local Pickup

Please only select Local Pickup if you are able to come to our Frome boutique, during opening hours, to collect your order. If you are unable to collect, shipping will be charged and there will be a delay in sending your order. 

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed:

  • UK orders: please wait 7 days after dispatch
  • International orders: please wait 28 days after dispatch
