How it works
When you have 500 points you can redeem them when you check out. You will receive a £1 discount for every 100 points. The maximum number of points to come off a single order will be 1000 (so £10 off) per order. Points expire after 1 year.
You will need to create an account to earn points but you earn 250 points for making it so you are off to a great start!
Points are only available on online purchases and can only be redeemed on online purchases – they cannot be used in-store.
If an order is refunded the points will be deducted from your order. If you have redeemed them in the meantime you will have a minus balance.
You can check your points balance by clicking the My Account button on the top right-hand side of the site. Then click on Points in the menu on the left.
Points should show up in your account straight after a successful purchase and they do not have an expiry date.
