General
Orders placed before 10am will be sent same day.
Orders after 10am will be posted on the next day we are open. Where possible we will try to get these later orders out on the same day but we cannot guarantee this.
We will inform you as soon as we know if there are any problems or discrepancies which will affect the time it will take to post your order. If you need your items urgently it is always worth making a note in the customer order section
If you have placed a large order with us, your order might be sent to you in 2 or more parcels.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to overseas locations.
Postal Options
The delivery charge is calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed. We only offer flat rates of shipping as we think this keeps things simple. We never make any money on shipping and always do our best to provide you with great service, quick turn around times and well packaged orders.
Shipping
Shipping within the UK is FREE when you spend over £150 (this must be selected in the shipping box on the right)
DPD Local Next Day Service is our standard shipping method for UK orders. It is a flat rate of £6.95.
UK orders under £20 can select to be sent via Royal Mail’s 2nd class service. It is a flat rate of £3.50.
UK destinations include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Within the UK orders are sent out with DPD Local on their Next Day Service*.
Please note – Next day refers to the service once it has been posted. We post Monday-Friday.
DPD Local Next Day service. £6.95 (FREE when you spend over £150)
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and this service requires a signature upon receipt.
- Deliveries are made the next business day, after your order has been dispatched.
- Include your mobile number in your order for a text update from DPD Local.
- Deliveries to the Highlands and Northern Ireland may take up to 3 days.
Remember:
- If you are not in to accept delivery of your parcel, DPD Local will leave a card with further instruction.
- We recommend you add a mobile number & email address – you will receive a text and/or email with simple instructions to re-arrange delivery at your convenience.
- Please try to ensure you re-arrange delivery or collect it yourself as we will have to charge you to re-send your order if it is returned to us.
- We cannot request that your parcel be left without a signature, whether that is in a shed, behind the bins or anywhere else someone isn’t available to sign. We can request that it is left with a specific neighbour or you can give your work/friends/family’s address as your shipping address if you know you will be out.
Free UK shipping – Simply select the free shipping option which will appear as you checkout, if you qualify. Please be aware that if you do not select the free shipping option it cannot be applied at a later date.
*Occasionally it is quicker to use Royal Mail Special Delivery for non-mainland UK so we will use this option when we think it will speed your delivery up without prior notice.
European Orders
European Orders are sent with Royal Mail’s Tracked service where available and Tracked and Signed if not. This costs £13.50.
This should normally take between 5 and 10 working days from when your order was dispatched. It is an Airmail Service.
With the Tracked service there are 5 electronic tracked points & confirmation of delivery. With Tracked & Signed there is only tracking until the package leaves the UK and it will require a signature on delivery. You can get the most up to date info on which service is available in your country here.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control.
- Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.
- Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
- We cannot mark any orders as ‘gifts’ or with a lower value so please don’t ask us to do so.
Important note to customers outside of the EU:
If you are returning items from outside the EU you MUST mark them very clearly as Returned Goods. If they are labelled incorrectly we will be unable to refund you any costs we may incur to release them.
Rest of World Orders
Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world!

Missing Items
We don’t often have orders which go missing but sadly it can happen.
Often this happens when the post person forgets to leave a card and the order isn’t really lost at all. The best first step is to e mail us at orders@DeadlyistheFemale.com with your order number. We can then send you your tracking number. This normally solves the problem.
UK orders – Please wait 7 days before contacting us.

Returns
Items bought online:
We want all our customers to receive high quality products and we check everything before it is sent out.
If there is something wrong with the product you have received
or
If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing)
or
If it just doesn’t work for you in that size, colour or at all we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unworn items bought online which are returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Tags must not be removed and the items must be in the condition you received them in.
If your return is at all complicated please email us at orders@deadlyisthefemale.com first including as many details as possible but especially your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the postage to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. All returns should be posted back to us with a postage method that has tracking. We also recommend you insure your parcel in case it gets lost or damaged in transit.

We will process your return within 7 days of receiving it and you will receive an automated email letting you know. We will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original postage. The more information we have, the faster we can process your return.
Please check your spam folders and wait the full 7 working days before contacting us if you haven’t heard anything.
We are not responsible for any packages which do not make it back to us & will not process the return until we receive it.

We are happy to exchange or issue credit notes for items bought in the shop.
Please note we do not offer refunds on items bought in our shop.
