Modelling for His Vintage Touch wearing Deadly is the Female!
On our recent trip to the His Vintage Touch hair class held at the I Love Lucie hair salon, Deadly model and shop girl Scarlett Luxe had a dream come true….she got to be a hair model for His Vintage Touch!
That’s right, the one and only Tony of His Vintage Touch styled Scarlett’s hair!!!
We are not at all jealous….but we were SUPER EXCITED for her!
Scarlett has kindly agreed to share her experience with you all giving us an insight into what it’s like to model for His Vintage Touch….
I was absolutely over the moon to have been asked to model for the wonderful Tony of His Vintage Touch but also a little bit nervous because it’s always been a dream of mine to work with Tony. It didn’t seem real that this dream would be coming true! In preparation for the event I made sure my hair colour was fresh and bright and freshly washed the night before the event.
I was thrilled to find out Tony would be styling his signature waves on my hair, a style I’ve found impossible to style! Tony’s super fabulous best friend Esther was on hand to set my hair before the hair class whilst Tony set the other models. This was really lovely as we were able to chat to Tony and Esther and have a giggle, we giggled A LOT! This really put me at ease and just made me even more excited to have my hair styled.
I was the last of the three models to have my hair styled so I got to watch Tony work his magic on the other models, creating stunning true vintage styles. Finally, it was my turn and I was so excited! As Tony styled he explained to the class step by step how to create the signature waves but we also had a giggle trying to teach Tony classic English phrases for him to take back to America!
Then came the big reveal when I could finally see the finished style….I was absolutely blown away and couldn’t believe that was my hair!
What did you wear I hear you ask?! Tony had requested that we wear all black so that all the models looked uniformed, I loved this idea and it mean’t I could wear one of my favourite Little Black Dresses! I chose to wear the Twilight Dress from Deadly is the Female as I loved the sheer polka dot top of the dress and I wanted a proper figure hugging dress so that I had a touch of Femme Fatale sass! This dress was so comfortable to wear and looks killer on!
