Orders
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us at orders@deadlyisthefemale.com as quickly as possible and we will help you.
If your order has already been sent out, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping will not be refunded.
It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
Shipping at a glance
UK next day delivery* £6 or free if you spend over – £150
UK Royal Mail for orders under £20 – £3.50
Europe – £10
Rest of World – £15
But please read our detailed shipping info as you will find LOTS of very important info.
*orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday. Orders after 10 am will go out on the next working day.
Sizing
Each clothing item should have a size chart under the description. We always recommend checking this before you order but please keep in mind that this is an approximate guide only.
We stock clothing from several different companies and sizing can vary between them and even within companies, with different styles sized slightly differently. If you are unsure, even after checking the size chart for the specific items, please drop us an email at orders@deadlyisthefemale.com.
Some American brands are labelled on the garments in the US equivalent but we have converted these through so you are only ever ordering your UK size on the website.
Shoes
There is a size chart under each shoe description with size conversions for European and American sizing.
Many of the shoes we stock are from the United States but we have converted the sizes
to the UK equivalent so you don’t need to worry about working it out!
Coupons
Every now and then we may run a special offer though our social media (have you seen our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest pages?) or through our Newsletter (you can sign up at the bottom of the page).
Please pay attention to the expiry date and time, any other limitations (selected items only, when you spend over a certain amount etc) and to the code itself. If it is all in lower case then you will need to enter it all in lower case, if there are no spaces then enter it without spaces etc. Where possible we recommend you copy and paste it to avoid unnecessary complications.
There will be an opportunity for you to use the code when you are checking out, before you make your payment.
If you miss this step out or pay without using the coupon we are unable to apply the discount at a later date. So if you are having trouble, please email us before completing your order but keep in mind that we may be extra busy at these times or closed!
