Christmas Returns Policy 2017!

We understand that over the Christmas period you may need to exchange and item for a different size or it may simply just not be right. To accommodate this we have set up an extension on our usual returns policy…..

Orders placed on and after the 25th November until the 21st December have an extended returns period. The returns period starts on the 27th December when the post office re-opens, the order has 14 days to arrive back with us.

If an order is returned to us past the returns period (breaching our returns policy – please see the returns policy below) then customer’s will not receive a refund but will instead be provided with a credit note to be spent on the Deadly is the Female website. This will not include shipping.
If an item is returned in an unsalable condition breaching our returns policy (please see the returns policy below) customer’s will not receive a refund.

Returns Policy for Online Orders

We want all our customers to receive high quality products and we check everything before it is sent out.

If there is something wrong with the product you have received

or

If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing)

or

If it just doesn’t work for you in that size, colour or at all we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unworn items bought online which are returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Tags must not be removed and the items must be in the condition you received them in unworn (except for trying on), odour free and re-packed and sent back in a saleable condition.No refunds will be issued unless these conditions are met.

If your return is at all complicated please email us at lauren@deadlyisthefemale.com first including as many details as possible but especially your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the postage to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. All returns should be posted back to us with a postage method that has tracking. We also recommend you insure your parcel in case it gets lost or damaged in transit.
